Abstract
The children with mental disorders have a few features which make the difference between them and the normal ones. The most important features are the following: their IQ level is under 70, the memory is mechanical, they have a lot of problems in speech, they have difficulties in focusing their attention more then 2 or 3 minutes, their imagination is very poor and their emotional feelings are too unstable. But these pupils could obtain very good results in their activities. Therefore, in this paper, we will try to prove how sport could be a very good opportunity for pupils with mental disorders to obtain performance and to be included in the society in which they live.
