Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to outline the steps carried out in the domain of the inter-human relationships from the most negative forms to the most desirable ones. At a theoretical level, one can observe the absence of an elaborate scientific concept which establishes and expresses inter-ethnic tolerance. That is why there are proposed investigative approaches for a clear defining of the concept. Tolerance becomes the key factor, with a view to obtaining respect, cooperation and even a condition for them to be affirmed. In order to render the importance of this concept, it is necessary to perform the demarcation of its conceptual meanings and also the identification of the theoretical models, relevant for social psychology.
