A Study On Gender Difference In Organizational Role Stress, KHUSHBOO

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to assess the difference on Organizational Role Stress among gender. Organizational Role Stress scale developed by Udai Pareek (1983) was administered on 60 (30 males and 30 females) working professionals aged between 21-60, through purposive sampling techniques. Ten stressors of role stress were assessed using  ORS scale. The Independent sample t-test was used to calculate the data and the hypothesis were tested using p-value. The findings indicated that there was no gender disparity among working professionals.
