THE COMPONENT ELEMENTS OF PRIVATE LIFE IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL NATIONAL CURRICULA – OBSERVATIONAL RESEARCH

Abstract

The purpose of this observational research is to identify, on the basis of the content analysis, the frequency of the component elements of private life, at the level of the three categories of indicators: the shaping of representations, the shaping of attitudes and the shaping of behavior. The curriculum documents that have been subjected to a content analysis are the national curricula of all the curriculum areas for the primary school level. The results of the final analysis offer a general representation of the way in which the objectives and the contents regarding education in the private life are proposed in the Romanian pre-university educational system. This paper presents the findings of a research done with the approval of CNCSIS – PNII – TD 2007.
