This tool has proved to be very useful but one must keep in mind that the results must be understood not as a label but as a starting point for future exploration. At the same time, it is compulsory to compare the information got by MIDAS scales with the information obtained from other sources like school records, hobbies or  in-depth interviews with the pupils and knowledgeable persons like parents , teachers or other reference persons.
