In the newest international documents for development of the European education reflection is brought up as a significant element in the structure of “key competencies”. The reflective question is in compliance with the priorities of development in the current day Pedagogy of Training, in which the ability of self-discovering, applying rational and quality analysis of one’s own mental and practical activity is a prerequisite for every purposefully development and cultivation. In the paper is presented a systematic model for the place of the reflection and the sequences of psychic processes, preceding mastery. The essence of reflective training is examined. An application is presented for reflective method in education in higher mathematics in particular in the study of linear algebra for students of Technical University.
