Abstract
Communication techniques and skills are the most important tips we must use in our daily routine in order to achieve certain goals. The way in which these skills turn from theory into practice is a proof of the level of professionalism and the process describes the individual working style. The socialization process supposes a continuous interaction between the young individual and the environment, in the course of which both the environment and the individual are submitted to changes. This process is not to be mistaken for the process of social adaptation or social integration.
